If you're truly in love

How do you know when you are in love?  If you love someone, you don't expect them to love you back.  You feel emotional rather than lustful.  The thought of not being able to be with the one you love depresses you, and can sometimes cause you to cry.  You'd do anything for them.  You're willing to let them go.  You'd never do anything to betray their trust or them.  You'd only want their happiness.  You'd refuse to date them if they didn't want to or would only do so out of pity.  You'd only go out with them if they truly wanted to.  You're willing to at least be friends, for it is better to be friends with your crush than enemies.
